Cancellation Policy

Cancelling your booking

Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before your scheduled departure. Message us on WhatsApp — no explanation is needed and there is no fee.

Because we do not take deposits on standard bookings, cancelling in good time costs you nothing at all.

Late cancellation and no-shows

If you cancel less than 24 hours before departure, or do not appear at the agreed pickup point, we may ask for a contribution toward the cost of holding the equipment and guide. In practice we are reasonable about genuine problems — a delayed flight or an unwell traveller is not a no-show.

If we cancel

Some activities depend on conditions. Surf lessons and beach yoga can be affected by weather and sea state; quad biking and horseback riding rarely are, since wind is not a problem for either.

If we cancel for safety reasons, you can reschedule for free or pay nothing at all. We will always tell you as far in advance as we can rather than let you turn up.

Rescheduling

You can move a booking to another date at no cost, subject to availability. In July and August availability is tight, so tell us as early as you can.
