Making a booking

A booking is confirmed when we have replied to you on WhatsApp, Instagram, email or by phone agreeing a date, time and pickup point. A form submission on its own is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking.

Payment

Payment is due on the day of the activity, in cash (dirham or euro) or by card. No deposit is required for standard bookings. Groups of eight or more and multi-day packages may require a deposit, which we will state clearly before you commit.

Prices published on this site are per person and include the equipment, guide and hotel pickup listed on each activity page.

Safety and suitability

You must follow your guide's instructions at all times. Helmets are provided for quad biking and horseback riding and must be worn.

Quad drivers must meet our minimum age, which we confirm when you book; younger riders may travel as passengers. There is a weight limit of approximately 95 kg for horseback riding, for the welfare of the animals.

You must tell us in advance about any medical condition, injury or pregnancy that could affect your participation. We may decline to run an activity if we believe it is unsafe for you or others, and in that case you pay nothing.

Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to drive a quad or ride a horse, and no refund is given in that case.

Liability

We carry third-party liability cover for guided activities. Adventure activities carry inherent risk, and you take part at your own risk. We strongly recommend you hold travel insurance that covers the activities you are booking — check that quad biking in particular is not excluded from your policy.

Photos

We photograph and film our tours and may use the results to promote our activities. Tell your guide on the day if you would rather not appear.
